We absolutely loved our stay at this 4-star hotel. The location is in a quiet area, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The staff provided excellent service, from room service to laundry and housekeeping. They even offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which made us feel instantly welcome and taken care of. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The sitting area and terrace provided a comfortable space to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The rooms were soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment when needed. Dining at the restaurant was a delightful experience, with a wide variety of delicious dishes and a cozy bar/lounge area. The breakfast spread was impressive and filling, perfect to start the day off right. The picnic area and outdoor dining area were lovely options for enjoying meals outside. The staff were attentive and accommodating, making us feel like VIP guests. The spa and wellness center offered a wide range of relaxing amenities, including a sauna, solarium, and spa lounge. The restaurant here was reasonably priced for dinner, we both ordered excellent dishes. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The amenities included an individual safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. The services were excellent.

It's also conveniently located, just a short drive from Venlo and the Cologne/Düsseldorf expo grounds. We highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.
